Shaunna was born in Colorado where she lived until the age of 9.   She then moved to Tulsa, OK, until graduating from High School.  Returning to Colorado after graduation, Shaunna attended the University of Colorado, majoring in Business, with an emphasis on Marketing.

After working for several years in Hotel Sales and Management for Marriott and Holiday Inn, Shaunna returned to the family business of Land Development and obtained her Colorado Residential real estate license in the early 1990’s.  

After meeting her husband Mark, who is a native Texan, they decided to relocate to Houston where she became a licensed Realtor in Texas.  After spending 10 months, and not being in love with the area, they visited Austin for a job transfer.  After just one day of looking around the Hill Country and taking in the sunset at The Oasis Restaurant, she was hooked and made the declaration, “if I am going to live in Texas, it will only be in Austin…”  She has lived here for 13 years, and now she and Mark have two beautiful girls who are “Austin Natives”.

Although she misses the majestic beauty of the mountains in Colorado, Shaunna can’t imagine living anywhere else!  Shaunna and her family enjoy waterskiing on the lakes surrounding Austin, listening to live music venues on 6^th Street, and all of the mouth-watering Mexican food that Austin has to offer!
